Kite Beach (Corralejo) — North Fuerteventura
Kite Beach — long known as Flag Beach, officially Punta Prieta — is Corralejo's main learning and school beach, set in the Corralejo dunes natural park with a shallow, sandy bay and mostly flat water with a light shorebreak. The NE trade wind blows cross-shore from the left, building through the afternoon, so it suits beginners and improvers while advanced riders use it as a freeride and bump-and-jump base. The station on the beach is Line Up, founded by two-time kite speed world-record holder Manu Taub.
