Jandía / Morro Jable — South Fuerteventura

The southern tip of the island, bundling the Morro Jable / Jandía Playa town beach with the remote Punta de Jandía. NE trade blows cross-offshore/side-offshore over the dunes and is about one to two forces weaker than Sotavento, giving flat to slightly choppy water near the beach. The Punta de Jandía tip is a powerful reef/point break, expert-only, where kiting is explicitly discouraged.
